We all want to be healthier but sometimes it can seem so hard.

I ran across this great infographic from Tribe Sports with 7 easy steps to burn over 2900 Calories per week.
I don’t know about you but burning 2900 more calories would be huge for me!

The one thing I would add to number 5 would be that moving to plant based diet would have an even bigger impact.
