Can when we eat affect our health?
When we eat and how much affects not only our sleep –but it also affects our over-all health. When we eat, not just how and what is eaten, also makes a big difference in how much weight we gain.
Bert C. Connell, PhD, RD, FADA, is a professor of nutrition and dietetics at Loma Linda University in California, where he has taught since 1972, and has held short-term positions teaching at universities in Romania, Zambia and Kenya. Dr. Connell has also shared information with a variety of audiences around the world on how what we eat can affect our health and longevity. He is a graduate of Walla Walla University, Loma Linda University and the University of Missouri.
